Goal
To understand why large AQ uncommitted transaction of messages, which has been enqueued into a single consumer queue using retention, which causes performance degradation, is an expected behavior.
An example of this, is appears when a dequeue session performs a 'db file sequential read' operations on the associated AQ$_<QT>_I dequeue index and undo segments.
