Cluster (2 nodes) --- 11204 -- IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit) 7.1
After upgrading Grid Infrastructure (GI) to 11.2.0.4, ACFS is not able to start (only on one node). Several retrials were done to remove and reinstall acfs, but these too failed.
As a last resort, followed manual steps from <Note:1621448.1> to remove the ACFS configuration. However, the 'acfsroot install' failed:
