Symptoms

When trying to use DML or DDL statements (example: 'create database', 'delete table', etc) in MySQL Cluster environment, or failing to allocate NodeId for API, the following error is shown in MySQL error log file:

Variable ndb-cluster-connection-pool increased or API slots removed.
