Oracle Multimedia INVALID Status After Upgrading From 10.2.0.4 To 11.2.0.4. (Doc ID 1932947.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Multimedia INVALID status after upgrading from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.4.

After upgrading database inplace from version 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.4 the component ID ORDIM - Oracle Multimedia became invalid according to the output below:

The upgrade was executed inplace using a cold backup from my 10g database. The upgraded database 11g was reetored/recoverd from this backup.
After rman restore completed I opened the database in upgrade mode and run below scripts:

@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catupgrd.sql
@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlu112s.sql
@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql
