Oracle Multimedia INVALID status after upgrading from to

After upgrading database inplace from version to the component ID ORDIM - Oracle Multimedia became invalid according to the output below:

The upgrade was executed inplace using a cold backup from my 10g database. The upgraded database 11g was reetored/recoverd from this backup.
After rman restore completed I opened the database in upgrade mode and run below scripts:
