Symptoms
Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g 11.1.1.7.0 integrated with Enterprise User Security (EUS) and LDAP backends such as Microsoft Active Directory (MS AD) or Novell eDirectory.
After multiple failed logins through OVD, it does not set the failed logins in the backend LDAP server for the account as it should.
