DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT does not release the space occupied by LOB segment (Doc ID 1935169.1)

A huge LOB segment related to Unified Audit trail (in AUDSYS schema) is found in the SYSAUX tablespace due to which the SYSAUX tablespace is full.

Even if the audit records are purged using DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT package, the space allocated to the LOB segment is not getting released.

ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment AUDSYS.SYS_LOB00000XXXXXXX$$ by 128 in tablespace SYSAUX
ORA-02002: error while writing to audit trail
