Symptoms
When starting SQL*Loader from a freshly installer 12.1.0.2 client environment on Microsoft Windows 64-bit, the following error is raised:
The program can't start because oranfsodm12.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
For the 12.1.0.1 client, the ORAODM12.DLL is being reported missing.
