1.  The following errors are being reported in the alert log

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114], [0x122F80588], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114], [0x122FD28F0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [] 

2.  The incident trace file might have a failing SQL
