Symptoms

After an upgrade from 11.2.0.1 OLAP Analytic Workspace shows as INVALID in dba_registry.  Before the upgrade, all OLAP components were valid.    The upgrade log shows a failure to build the EXPRESS AW.



Changes

 Database upgrade from 11.2.0.1.
