Symptoms

1.  The following errors are being reported in the alert log

Errors in file <diagnostic_dest>/trace/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/trace/<instname>_ora_11362468.trc  (incident=23553):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qctcte1], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

2.The incident trace file might have a failing SQL statement:

SELECT * FROM <TABLE_NAME> WHERE ROWID='AAKsYmAAhAAAaVvAAf' FOR UPDATE OF <COL1> ;
