Optimizing an index with REBUILD mode, example

ctx_ddl.optimize_index( 'ctxindex_ng', OPTLEVEL=>'rebuild' )

raises the errors

DRG-50857: oracle error in drftoptrebxch
ORA-14097: column type or size mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE PARTITION
