PLS-201 Errors Executing Post Install Steps for "Oracle JavaVM Component Database PSU" (OJVM PSU) (Doc ID 1939947.1)

Symptoms

When running the postinstall.sql script of OJVM PSU, or when running the DB PSU post install steps with OJVM PSU installed, PLS-201 errors mentioning "INITJVMAUX" may be reported.
For example:

The exact error text may vary depending on version and which post install script is executing but errors will include "PLS-00201" and the object "INITJVMAUX".
