Symptoms
Alert log reports ORA-600 [4257] for distibuted transactions like:
Errors in file <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/trace/<instname>_ora_8193.trc (incident=107521):
ORA-00600: Interner Fehlercode, Argumente: [4257], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
