ORA-7445 [ph2csql_analyze] Reported Continuously in the Alert Log File

In a 184.108.40.206 database the following error is reported:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ph2csql_analyze()+3192] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x310665E] [Address not mapped to object] 
The error is reported by the EM agent during the following action: scn_growth_statistics. the trace file will show the following in the process state:
application name: emagent_SQL_oracle_database, hash value=1131189607
action name: scn_growth_statistics, hash value=3946145712

This database was initially created with 220.127.116.11.3 version and OEM agents were installed. Later the database was recreated with 18.104.22.168.6 version and OEM agents were not re-installed (reusing the same OEM agent installation).
