OID - Error "TNS-03505: Failed To Resolve Name" Trying to Connect to a Database via an OID TNS Entry (Doc ID 1941522.1)

Symptoms

Using tnsping <alias> command to resolve a Database (DB) tnsnames entry via Oracle Internet Directory (OID) fails with:

The container cn=OracleContext,cn=OracleContext,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com does not exist in OID.  Also notice there is a duplicity of the word cn=OracleContext, which clearly is an indication of an issue in the ldap.ora from the client application.
