After migrate from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 DBMS_XMLSave.insertXML fails with ORA-01722: invalid number.
The XML contains decimal fields separated by periods as W3C XML Schema defines, when nls_numeric_characters is set to ',.' DBMS_XMLSave.insertXML works ok on 11.1 but fails on 11.2 when the expected behavior is that nls_numeric_characters should not afect the xml content.
