ORA-07445 [apaneg] Reported for SQL Analyze (Doc ID 1942548.1)

Symptoms

The alert log reports an error like:

2014-10-18 10:14:49  Errors in file C:\APP\diag\rdbms\prsm\prsm\trace\prsm_j001_7376.trc  (incident=279894):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [apaneg()+134] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x8] [PC:0x1456E434A] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

 
The trace shows the error related to a sql analyze statement with a pl/sql stack and call stack like:
