Deleting a row with a function based index defined on the table fails with an error like below in the alert log:
Errors in file D:\ORACLE\diag\rdbms\fmtest3\fmtest3\trace\fmtest3_ora_11968.trc (incident=219621):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qkaffsindex1], , , , , , , , , , , 
Incident details in: D:\ORACLE\diag\rdbms\fmtest3\fmtest3\incident\incdir_219621\fmtest3_ora_11968_i219621.trc
The incident trace file shows a failing sql like:
delete from ps_po_comments where po_id = '0000403317'
