Symptoms
12.1.0.2 Grid Infrastructure, storage sub-system experienced a brief hiccup (in this case less than 2 minutes), as expected, OCR diskgroup was dismounted by ASM. After access to storage is restored, CRSD failed to restart as the OCR dsk group stayed down.
