Symptoms

Audit entries from UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL having a NULL value for UNIFIED_AUDIT_POLICIES null and ACTION_NAME equal to 'LOGOFF BY CLEANUP' are not deleted by dbms_audit_mgmt.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install RDBMS 12.1.0.2.0, configured it in mixed mode or unified auditing only
2. Open a session with the user <TEST_USER> and kill it using alter system kill session
3. Check that there is a row created using:
