Symptoms

Oracle Secure Enterprise Search 11.2.2.2.0.

Oracle Secure Enterprise Search was originally installed with 11.2.0.3 Oracle database.  You have upgraded the SES database to 11.2.0.4 or 12.1.0.2 as per the Release Notes

Mandatory Upgrade to Oracle Database 11.2.0.4.0

Following the upgrade, the Oracle Enterprise Search component in DBA_REGISTRY remains at 11.2.0.3
