Symptoms

ORA-15161 errors occurring on import of some tables using SYS_CONTEXT() calls, e.g.:

ORA-39083: Object type TABLE:"<Shema Name>"."<Table Name>" failed to create with error:
ORA-15161: invalid SYS_CLUSTER_PROPERTIES parameter
Failing sql is:
CREATE TABLE "<Schema>"."<Table Name>" ("PARTITION_KEY" VARCHAR2(12 BYTE) DEFAULT SYS_CONTEXT(SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','CURRENT_SCHEMA'),'PARTITION_KEY_RD') NOT NULL ENABLE, "ACCOUNT_REFERENCE" VARCHAR2(50 BYTE) NOT NULL ENABLE, "ACCOUNT_TYPE" VARCHAR2(12 BYTE), "ACCOUNT_DESC" VARCHAR2(100 BYTE), "BOOK_CODE" VARCHAR2(12 BYTE), "COUNTERPARTY_CODE" VARCHAR2(50 BY
