This document provides guidelines for providing information to support when analyzing issues with this product. Not all items may be relevant since the product can be used in many ways and a lot of features are optional, for example one site may use the product solely for the purpose of analyzing network traffic with no agents and audit trails, while another deployment only uses Audit Vault capabilities without even having the Firewall appliance installed.
