ORA-00600 [qerrmOFBu1] Raised by Full Import Using IMPDP over Network Link

Full import from Oracle to via DataPump using a network link fails with ORA-600 [qerrmOFBu1] like below:

04-NOV-14 17:14:18.770: ORA-39029: worker 1 with process name "DW00" prematurely terminated
04-NOV-14 17:14:18.770: ORA-31671: Worker process DW00 had an unhandled exception.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qerrmOFBu1], [3148], [ORA-03148: OCI_ATTR_ROW_COUNT cannot return a row count exceeding UB4MAXVAL. The actual row count is [4295000059]], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
