Symptoms
The following errors are reported in the Application (Application using Ruby):
ORA-03146: Invalid buffer length for TTC
ORA-03115: unsupported network datatype or representation
ORA-03106: fatal two-task communication protocol error
ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated
ORA-22922: nonexistent LOB value
ORA-24330: internal OCI error
While the alert log reports the following.
ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error : [12333] [0] [1] [0] [] [] [] []
