Symptoms
When logging into db console/cloud control as any user (sysdba/non-sysdba) and attempting to view Text Indexes in OEM: Targets -> Databases -> choose DB -> Schema -> Text Manager -> Text indexes
The user may see the following error message:
Also the EM log (emoms.log) contains errors like below
