Symptoms

When logging into db console/cloud control as any user (sysdba/non-sysdba) and attempting to view Text Indexes in OEM: Targets -> Databases -> choose DB -> Schema -> Text Manager -> Text indexes

The user may see the following error message:

 

Also the EM log (emoms.log) contains errors like below

ERROR adm.misc logException.3953 - java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01410: invalid ROWID

Oracle Text Healthcheck also has errors noted in "Ten (10) most recent text index errors (ctx_index_errors)" Section
