Oracle Database Appliance (ODA): Oakcli Validate -a Fails To Find Disks (Doc ID 1953704.1)

Symptoms

In advance of deploying a Bare Metal ODA X4-2 (12.1.2.0.0), customer was trying to run oakcli validate -v -a -f /tmp/validate_output.log. All cabling a storage topology checks pass, but when attempting to perform the Disk Calibration check, the following errors are returned:

RESULT: No disks of SASDIsk exist. Skipping random read throughput IOPS test.
RESULT: No disks of SSDDIsk exist. Skipping random read throughput IOPS test.
RESULT: No disks of SASDIsk exist. Skipping random read throughput MBPS test.
RESULT: No disks of SSDDIsk exist. Skipping random read throughput MBPS test.

All other checks pass, including storage topology, etc.
