Symptoms

The following error is reported in the alert.log

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ltmstm()+0034] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F3243A67F3042AE] [PC:]

The call stack written to the trace file written by the error contains all or some of the following functions:

The presence of opidcl on the stack indicates that the process is being cleaned up. There is also no PGA or SGA information in the trace.
