Symptoms
Adding a new node to an existing cluster (in this example, it is adding node 3 into a 2 node cluster) with AddNode.sh command, when it prompts to run root.sh on the new node, root.sh fails with:
/etc/oracle is correct, eg: its group is oinstall and directory permission is 755. ocr.loc and olr.loc are created under /etc/oracle.
