Symptoms
o With broker configuration of a RAC primary, to a RAC or non-RAC standby database. In this example, the primary is a two nodes RAC - <PRIMARY>, and the standby is a single instance DB - <standby>
o This environment has two online redo log groups, and three standby redo log groups configured for each thread.
o found this warning message from the broker configuration command:
DGMGRL> VALIDATE DATABASE VERBOSE <standby>;
