Symptoms

1.  XDB component is installed and valid and there are no invalid objects in XDB schema.

2.  The database pre-upgrade checks pass without any error.

3.  Upgrade to 12.1.0.x from 11.2.0.x fails with following error.

ORA-01830: date format picture ends before converting entire input string
ORA-06512: at "SYS.XS_OBJECT_MIGRATION", line 167
ORA-06512: at line 28

 4. Following is the output in catuppst script
