View Gv$persistent_queues And V$persistent_queues Show No Queue Activity After Upgrade To 11.2.0.4 (Doc ID 1959766.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.4 version,

View gv$persistent_queues and v$persistent_queues show no queue activity after upgrade to 11.2.0.4

The Views are filled with queues, but there is no activity about enqeues and dequeues listed since we upgrade to 11.2.0.4.

The queues are working fine. 



Changes

Setting  "_disable_gvaq_cache" to true since 11.2.0.3 to avoid hitting Bug 13825356  and Bug 14674818  as per (Doc ID 1506218.1).
