ASM Hang due to high number of GCS_SERVER_PROCESSES (Doc ID 1959934.1)

Symptoms

operation like cd on ASMCMD or mv may hang
While creating standby redo log file hang & forced to bounce the dataabase

Number gcs_server_processes at ASM level was 4
