Java Program to Insert Data into HBase Fails with Connection Related Exceptions from Command Line and as Oozie Job (Doc ID 1962273.1)

On BDA V3.0.1 OL6, running a java program to insert data into HBase fails as below. The Region Server and HBase are up in Cloudera Manager (CM).
