ORA-15042 Trying to Mount Diskgroup

Symptoms
On : 11.2.0.3 version, STORAGE
When attempting to mount diskgroup,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15040: diskgroup is incomplete
ORA-15042: ASM disk "72" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "71" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "70" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "69" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "68" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "67" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "66" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "13" is missing from group number "1"
ORA-15042: ASM disk "12" is missing from group number "1"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reboot server.
2. Diskgroup will not auto mount.
Changes
System Administrators accidentally created duplicate disks and then when server rebooted both disks were discovered resulting in failure to mount the diskgroup
