Goal

Using DBMS_COMPARISON to compare table data between two databases.

The scan mode for the comparison is set to CMP_SCAN_MODE_CUSTOM and need details as to how to pass DATE values to the MIN_VALUE and MAX_VALUE parameters in the call to DBMS_COMPARISON.COMPARE
