- 10046 trace shows that "elapsed time" of one SQL is larger than "cpu time + wait time"
- 10046 shows significant waits for "SQL*NET message from client"
- In the following example, the elapsed time is 142.64 seconds, which is far larger than 86.86 seconds (cpu time) + 7.06 seconds (waited time):
SMT4 was enabled (OS platform is AIX power 7).
