Problem Converting Single Instance To Cluster Database (Doc ID 1964572.1)

Symptoms

Customer had created Standby Database on node1 of a 2 node Server. (The primary is on another 2-node server)
Customer was able to successfully mount the DB and verify the standby mode, but is now having issues converting it to cluster database.
Customer has create pfile and password file on node2, and spfile on ASM file system.
When they try to mount the instance2 on node2 getting below errors.

SQL> startup mount
ORA-32004: obsolete or deprecated parameter(s) specified for RDBMS instance
ORA-27504: IPC error creating OSD context
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:if_not_found failed with status: 0
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Error 0
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgxpvaddr9
ORA-27303: additional information: requested interface 192.162.30.50 not found. Check output from ifconfig command
