Sqoop Append Generated Files Do not Inherit The Parent ACL Settings (Doc ID 1964884.1)

Symptoms

The files which are generated with a Sqoop append do not inherit the parent ACL settings and it's taking the permissions as user:user. This ACL inheritance issue only happens on sqoop append, sqoop import is working as expected with permissions.
