The customer has a business need to exclude certain tables from a Data Pump export.
They discovered that when they used an EXCLUDE statement that contains a SELECT statement to do the exclusion, function-based indexes for the remaining tables were excluded.
This is the exclude statement that was used in the data pump export:
EXCLUDE = TABLE:"IN(select table_name from dba_tables where owner='<owner>' and table_name like 'AA%')"
This behavior occurs with Oracle 126.96.36.199 but not on 188.8.131.52. Oracle 184.108.40.206 was not tested.
