Installing version 22.214.171.124 of the Database Gateway for ODBC (DG4ODBC) on a Windows 2012 64 bit server, with a Managed Server Account, results in the following problem.
Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) gets to the pre-checks stage and then just hangs after many attempts. The Windows server is also hung which then requires a power off and on.
