Cluvfy Cannot verify the sharedness of devices due to UUIDS not being found in 12C Install (Doc ID 1968311.1)

Symptoms

Cluvfy complains that it cannot determine the shared state of device.Cluvfy ran successfully before the Grid install start.  However, Grid Install  while  "Perform Prerequisite Checks" complains that  it Cannot verify the shared state for device /dev/sdb1 due to Universally Unique Identifiers (UUIDs) not being found, or different values being found, for this device
across nodes.

Device Checks for ASM - This is a pre-check to verify if the specified devices meet the requirements for configuration through the Oracle Universal Storage Manager Configuration Assistant.

Here is the output from blkid. we cannot find UUID on
