Unable To Perform EUS Authentication Against ODSEE (algorithm Name Is In Lowercase) (Doc ID 1968377.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.3 version, Secure Network Services

When attempting to connect with EUS using an algorithm name is in lowercase
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01017


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change password within ODSEE using regular administration tool (now the userPassword properties contains "userPassword={crypt}B46o1cM1Ba9eg" where {crypt} is in lowercase (ODSEE style)

2. sqlplus -l XSUNCRY/asdf1234
