ORA-15137 After Rolling Back Failed Patch at GI_HOME (Doc ID 1968727.1)

Symptoms

While applying a patch ,one of components of the patch did not applied properly.

So, rolling of applied patch was done on cluster level.

After rolling back ,while creating diskgroup at ASM level ,it failed with below errors


ORA-15018: Diskgroup can not be created
ORA-15137: cluster in rolling patch

Or

ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
ORA-15137: The ASM cluster is in rolling patch state.
