- Unable to connect using multiple browsers to database via EM Database Express.
- DOC ID:1604062.1, all steps check successfully except Web/URL connection used but the issue persists .
Errors in file /u00/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/ora12c/ORA12C/trace/ORA12C_s001_16407.
ORA-28000: the account is locked
- An error after attempting to log in from the EM Express web page:
"Security token does not match. You must login again."
EM Express time out XDB security token error : "Security token does not match. You must login again"
