Symptoms
Unable to start listener after upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.1.
Lsnrctl start fails with the following errors:
TNS-01198: Listener failed to initialize valid node list
NL-07010: failed to get subnet mask
NL-00408: cannot find or read value
NL-00408: cannot find or read value
NL-00408: cannot find or read value
