Not able to determine Exadata Hardware type error from Exachk (Doc ID 1970401.1)

Symptoms

Unable to run Exachk due to the following error message:

"exachk is not able to determine Exadata Hardware type. Please use -c option to specify hardware type like ./exachk -c X4-2,MAA."
