Symptoms

After installing <Patch 20059387>: Quarterly Database Patch for Exadata (Jan2015 - 11.2.0.4.15), dbms_optim_bundle.enable_optim_fixes() fails with error ORA-20002 when attempting to enable or disable fixes with plan changes.
