How To Move Indexes on Versioned tables from one tablespace to another (Doc ID 1970806.1)

Goal

 Tables which have been versioned via Workspace Manager have indexes which cannot be rebuilt using the ALTER INDEX .... REBUILD .... command.   How can these indexes be moved to another tablespace?
