External Role Details Not Listed In ROLE_SYS_PRIVS (Doc ID 197931.1)

Symptoms

To enable Operating System Role Authentication OS_ROLES was set to TRUE. After creating the role externally privileges were assigned to the external role.  View ROLE_SYS_PRIVS is not showing the privileges assigned to the external role(as is the case with normal roles)
